Forming part of Harvest Group, APCOPAY is an Innovation-driven Payments Specialist dedicated to providing businesses all they need to Accept Payments from Anywhere. Powered by IPSYON, APCOPAY is an eCommerce Payments Aggregator – Offering 40+ Acquiring Banks and 240+ Payment Options reaching customers worldwide.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Head of Business Operations, the Customer Experience Representative acts as the customer’s first point of contact in support cases. The Customer Experience Representative must perform multiple functions effectively and simultaneously. Duties may vary slightly; however, core responsibilities include the following:
