Apcopay, the payments expert, is seeking a Technical Support Officer to facilitate relations between clients and their customers.

Based in Malta and reporting to the Head of Business Operations, the Technical Support Officer links online clients with banks prior to payment processing. The role involves providing support by e-mail, phone, Skype and ticketing system, and reviewing cases with team leaders to provide effective feedback.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English, able to demonstrate excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills.
Ideal candidates would possess experience in a customer care role, but training will be provided on the job. Knowledge of other languages would be considered an asset.
